The Clinical Trials Support Office is now offering CTS-University — professional and personal growth workshops that address topics important OoR staff. CTS-University's lunch-hour presentations held the first Friday of every month cover subjects such as communication, cutting-edge research, career development/performance management, problem-solving, DEI and more!
Join us September 6 for Meaningful Development: Setting a Goal Action Plan and Managing Energy lead by Whitney Williams, MSW, Senior Project Manager, Office of Faculty Career Development.
During this 1-hour session, participants will take a deeper dive into their individual development plans and begin to outline concrete and specific action plans that will move them closer towards success. Participants will have an opportunity to learn about a variety of resources available on campus, as well as leverage one of their most underutilized resources – each other. Successful completion of this session will leave participants with an actionable development guide, increased awareness of available developmental resources, and increased connections with others within the organization.
Attendees are asked to fill out this individual development plan, which will be used to guide the session, prior to September's CTS-University.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch. Questions, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
