CTSO Work Guides Move to SharePoint

Due to the recent retirement of the Confluence platform, the Clinical Trials Support Office Work Guides have now migrated over to SharePoint as of March 1 and can be accessed using your newly converted M365 login using your level-2 login credentials. The CTMS team is excited to share what’s new and what may be in a new location, as well as bring attention to features that remain the same.

What’s the Same?

  • Work Guides are bucketed by category (e.g., Start Up, Activation, Close Out, etc.).
  • Search is intuitive: Users can type words and/or phrases and find every mentioned instance.
  • Users can continue to share Work Guides via Outlook by selecting Send To.

What’s Changed?

  • Tip Sheets are now located in the Work Guide categories that are the most applicable.
  • Users can now easily find the “Work Guides by Role” section in the left-hand navigation.
  • Upcoming training opportunities have been added to the main page right navigation.

What’s New?

  • Immersive Reader: Increases readability of content by providing accessibility features such as text-to-speech playback, translation, text formatting, background themes, and more.
  • A new category has been added for eReg-focused Work Guides.
  • Follow specific Work Guides to stay up to date on changes by selecting the Star in the upper right corner.
