CTSO Service Survey to Begin Implementation November 1

To better serve the clinical research community the Clinical Trials Support Office will implement an ongoing satisfaction survey starting November 1, 2019, to obtain information from our customers in real-time.

This survey will track your service satisfaction at three study status points in OnCore: When your study is Open to Accrual, Last Subject Off Treatment, and IRB Study Closure/Terminated. Principal Investigators, Study Coordinators, and Department Research Administrators will receive an automatically generated notification of their study status change along with a URL to complete a two-minute survey. This survey will not be anonymous, and you may be contacted by us regarding your response if we need further clarity and service improvement. You may believe someone else on your team should also be included to provide feedback, so please feel free to forward them the survey URL when you receive it.
